Our three step solution provides training to foundation level, 52 week monitoring documentation, food grade sanitiser-degreaser and instant hand cleaner plus all equipment and dosing units required.
Our five step solution includes all of the above but with additional ongoing staff training and coaching in food safety procedures. Hand soap and surface sanitising wipes are also included and an accudose unit gives fixed cost control.
