Thew Arnott was first established in 1864 and is a leading specialist in the supply of premium raw materials and ingredients mainly to the food and pharmaceutical sectors. The Company has operations in Surrey and Flintshire and its product range includes lecithins, texturised wheat proteins, hydrocolloids, shellacs, vitamins, emulsifiers, minerals, colours, waxes and starches.
The Company has ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, a Cert-ID Non-GM Programme and BRC Issue 5 Grade A on its lecithin blending plant. Confectionery varnishes and polishes are a recent addition to its manufacturing capabilities.
