Broad Oak FarmBroad Oak FarmBroad Oak Farm training centre is accredited by the CIEH. I teach all levels of food hygiene from Level 2 in Retail, catering and manufacturing right through to level 4. I also offer all levels in HACCP and offer food hygiene options and put together many varied CPD courses. I have been in manufacturing for the past ten years and also hold my BRC auditors certificate, so I am able to offer many varied training opportunities and experiences.
