I have many years of technical experience in the food industry, most recently as a technologist with the Regional Food Group for Yorkshire and Humber providing technical support to many and varied sectors of the food industry.
I have a degree in Food Science, Advanced HACCP and Food Safety, a Lead Auditor qualification and am a registered SALSA auditor and mentor.
