Run by a freelance food technologist with over 13 years QA and technical experience within the food industry, much of it gained with SME’s in the chilled food sector. It offers a young, professional service tailored to clients’ requirements, and covers areas such as HACCP implementation and development, food hygiene training, Quality Systems auditing and advice etc. DG Technical Services can provide "one off" consultations, interim and short term technical cover, and offers competitive rates to clients if required on a retained consultant basis.
