An Environmental Health Practitioner by profession, John has been operating his own advisory company in Scotland for fourteen years after spending similar career periods in Local Government and the pest control sectors. He holds an External Senior Lecturer’s post at the University of Strathclyde in the Environmental Health Division and has also been a speaker at EU and UK Government sponsored training events.
The objective of Hutchison’s Associates is to provide high quality consultancy, compliance and training services for its clients both in the United Kingdom and abroad.
John has been involved extensively in conducting BRC Food and Packaging audits.
