This course will provide delegates with a range of tools and the necessary information to carry out a full product risk assessment for allergen presence. Focusing on key areas such as regulatory requirements, industry and Government guidance and experiences of food businesses throughout the supply chain, by the end of the day delegates will possess a working knowledge of the processes available to enable the review or implementation of risk assessments and allergen management processes and procedures.
