Providing valuable information on how a business can assess their vulnerability to internal and external threats, how to develop a food defence team, plans, procedures and policies, how to manage complaints and undertake vulnerability assessments.

To support this a review of the revised PAS 96-2010 defence guidance for the deterrence, detection and defeat of ideologically motivated and other forms of malicious attack on food and drink and their supply arrangements.
