Food safety culture is fast becoming a topic of importance in the food industry as businesses
recognise that it is simple not enough to have prerequisite programs and HACCP plans in place. All staff also need to show a positive commitment to the safety of food they produced and/or sell. This course promotes how you can develop and maintain a positive food safety culture that enhances your existing prerequisite programmes.
