The purpose of this presentation is to review the ongoing COVID-19 Management in a food Service or Manufacturing setting. With a review of both Personnel and Facilities Hygiene Management and ongoing Personal Protective Equipment Usage. 


Personal and Facility Hygiene Management

  • Hygiene Management including Cleaning regimes, change in chemical usage equipment type, time available and training
  • Ongoing monitoring and verification

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Good working practices for food safety and worker protection
  • Cross contamination before, during and after wearing gloves
  • Legislation, certification and supply chain compliance for gloves and chemical suits
  • Glove polymer composition and breakdown / migration of glove onto foodstuffs
