Join SOFHT for a live web chat on the issues we are facing across different sectors of the industry.
An update on the management of COVID controls within the food manufacturing sector, with particular focus on re-opening sites that have been temporarily closed. We will consider layout, cleaning regimes and practical social distancing and also look at the enforcement perspective and compliance auditing.
Informal discussion will focus on facility layout, ordering, table service, staff movement and customer expectation as examples. Also to include an enforcement perspective and a discussion of schemes developed, or in development, to provide confidence in a business’s competence and compliance with COVID-19 controls.
This SOFHT Focus Live session is an opportunity to share with colleagues experiences, plans and best practice.There will be an opportunity for members and non-members (non-members at SOFHT discretion) to discuss current issues with the SOFHT panel.
