The Society’s Board of Directors are delighted to host this industry leading lecture from Sarah Bradbury, Group Quality Director for Tesco.
This year’s event will also host a SOFHT Members Technical Briefing and the Annual General Meeting for the Society. There will be a great opportunity to network before and after the lecture, with the supporting exhibition showcasing our Supporting Company Members products and services, as well as other invited exhibitors.

Following the AGM there will be an opportunity for members and guests to tour the National Memorial Arboretum. Located on the edge of the National Forest in Staffordshire, in the heart of the country, the Arboretum provides a unique difference; its meaning, its national significance and its stunning landscape.
Sarah is currently the Group Quality Director for Tesco, running Product Safety, Regulatory, Development and Sustainability for the Group. She joined Tesco in March 2004 following 8 years at Aldi. Between September 2005 and July 2009, she was a Category Director across various commercial food areas.
In January 2010, post maternity, Sarah held various Food Marketing Director roles, leading own Brand development and Packaging design for UK food. In January 2013, she returned to Commercial food as Category Director of Emerging Markets, which included the development of Food to go, and the Fresh World Foods offer, launching Food to Order, Turkey pre-order and Local food sourcing.
In 2016, she moved across to be the Food Technical Director.
