Emma Bootman

This category is for a company or person who has made a significant contribution to the food industry, with particular emphasis on Food Safety and/or Food Hygiene and/or Food Technology.
The winner will be from any area of the food industry - manufacturing, retailing, service provision, etc.
It is anticipated that the contribution will have been evident over a number of years, although any specific, significant, and major contributions over the previous 12 months will be considered.
