Hygiene in Focus

The Society has published an easy-to-use and easy-to-read reference manual that puts information relating to a host of hygiene topics within easy reach of everyone. The manual has been collated into eight specific categories within a handy, loose-leaf binder that allows for new topics or updates as and when required. The areas covered are:

How to Obtain a Copy of the Binder

The reference binder is provided to Society members as part of their membership package. If you wish to join the Society, please visit the membership page.

Non-members of the Society can purchase the reference binder for £52.50, which includes postage and packing and any updates for a year to UK addresses. To obtain a copy of this binder, please follow one of the following options:

  1. Download, print and complete the publications order form availalbe from the downloads section. Then send with a cheque made payable to The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology or supply credit card details.
  2. Overseas orders only: Fax the order form to +44 (0)1827 872500 or email your order to admin@sofht.co.uk and you will be advised the cost. Payment can then be made by credit card or in Sterling by cheque or telegraphic transfer.
