NEW Electronic Version SOFHT Focus - Autumn 2011
Within this digital magazine you will be able to find a variety of articles related to the interests of the members of the society. These include an overview of the recent review of the regulation and enforcement of ‘use by’ date labelling, a summary briefing paper on the provision of food information to consumers, changes in GM feed regulations and some of the removal and detection mechanisms available for physical or foreign body contamination.

There are also a number of updates on the activities of the society, including the Annual Luncheon in November.

This is a voluntary society run by individuals working within the food industry. As always, we welcome your thoughts and input into SOFHT Focus. Please email the SOFHT office admin@sofht.co.uk with any comments, articles and advertisements.
