Position: Technical Services Representatives
Location: Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire, South West of England including Southern Wales (Cardiff, Newport area), South East of England.
Salary: £salary + bonus + car
Jenkinson are manufacturers of detergents, sanitisers and disinfectants, supplying many areas of the food processing and food retailing industry. Our customer base is varied from small family businesses to large blue-chip organisations.
It is our holistic approach to cleaning and disinfection which helps our customers deliver safer food to the public’s plate.
We are currently looking for Technical Services Representatives in the three areas stated above, due to expansion.
The duties would include:
- Helping Jenkinson to continue achieving sales growth by following up enquiries and seeking potential new customers
- Working with existing customers, looking at hygiene related problems, offering practical, honest advice
- Assisting with the development of cleaning schedules, documentation and training courses
- Auditing food manufacturing sites and food retailing premises
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good communication skills
- Experience in either the food industry or have worked with another manufacturer of detergents / sanitisers supplying the food industry
- Knowledge of quality systems, HACCP, BRC
- Computer literacy
- Positive outlook with a “can do” mentality
