Salary: £25k + commission

An ambitious international growth plan has created a vacancy for a business development manager to develop and grow the UK customer base.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify and qualify prospects.
- Introduce the QADEX offer to interested prospects.
- Arrange and deliver on-line demo's of the QADEX solution to interested prospects.
- Work with prospects to tailor a solution to their requirements.
- Prepare proposals and costings for interested prospects.
- Arrange and deliver follow up with prospects to guide them through the purchase process.
- Work closely with the QADEX support team to ensure customers expectations are exceeded.
- Grow the sales and profitability of the QADEX by leveraging the extensive expertise and skills of the business.
- Account manage customers.
Person description
- Highly motivated and energetic self starter.
- Extensive experience selling solutions to technically aware clients, where there is often inertia to change.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Thrive under pressure.
- Results and action oriented.
- Passion and empathy.
- Self assured and charismatic.
- French or German fluency beneficial but not essential.
