Position: Food Technologist
Based: Ashby de la Zouch
Food Technologist (£20k-£35k)
SVA is an exciting and dynamic business based in Ashby de la Zouch, providing an extensive range of advisory, testing and innovative IT services for the food and consumer products industry.
We are looking for a Food Technologist to join our advisory services team providing:
- Preparation and checking of product specifications
- Review of BRC/IFS evaluations and third party audits
- 3rd party supplier audits
- Advice on food codes of practice and guidelines
- Advice on product recalls and withdrawals
- Training courses for food manufacturers and retailers
The ideal candidate will have good technical industry experience including a full knowledge of HACCP principles, traceability, due diligence requirements and be qualified to degree level or equivalent.
