Food Hygiene Principles and Practices

The course covers 4 main areas of food hygiene making this training suitable for all. Whether you’re a restaurant owner, a caterer or in any food related industry.

The course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete.

The course has four lessons:

  1. Personal Hygiene
  2. Safe Food
  3. Cleaning in Food Premises
  4. Waste and Pest Control

Upon successful completion of the course a Certificate of Completion is generated and can be printed.
