Food Hygiene Principles and Practices & HACCP Awareness Course

1 license £35.00 + VAT (members), £43.75 + VAT (non-members)

The course covers the 6 main areas of food hygiene and HACCP, thus making this training suitable for all. This course is an amalgamation of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and the Food Hygiene Principles and Practices courses.

The online course takes approximately 105 minutes.

The course has six lessons:

  1. 1. Personal Hygiene
  2. Food Safety
  3. Cleaning in Food Premises
  4. Waste & Pest Control
  5. HACCP - Identifying Food Hazards
  6. HACCP - Controlling Food Hazards

Upon successful completion of the course a Certificate of Completion is generated and can be printed.
