Angom Ocan
Angom Ocan of UK based The Cheese Cellar Company Ltd, was elected by Members to join the Board of Directors of The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) following its recent AGM.As The Cheese Cellar's Technical Manager, Angom brings with her a background in the supply and foodservice industries, experience in contracts management, full understanding of the sector and a commitment to quality. Angom has developed both skills and knowledge in the area of Food Safety and Policy.
Commenting on Angom's appointment, SOFHT Chairman, Jonathon Bayne said 'We are very delighted to welcome Angom onto the Board of the Society. She brings with her considerable experience in a sector of the food industry which enhances the knowledge of the Society and its Directors.
