Update Hygiene in Focus Series - Now Online!

It is with great pleasure to inform you that the Hygiene in Focus Series (HIFs) is now fully available to view online from your members area. Now including two new sections!

What are HIFs?
The Society prides itself in its ability to provide unbiased, accurate and essential information on Food Hygiene and Food Safety related topics. The Hygiene in Focus series has proved to be an invaluable reference source and it has provided an opportunity to introduce and simplify a wide range of topics to members and supporters of the Society.

How can I access HIFs?
Log-in to the Member’s Area with your membership number (if you have forgotten this, then please contact the Office)
Click on the Hygiene in Focus Series (under Technical Benefits)
You are now in the Hygiene in Focus section.
The HIFs are located at the bottom of this page - you may need to download an install to read the flip files. Just click on the page to read the next page of the flip file

Will the HIFs be updated?
Yes - we will now be sending our member’s regular emails when new HIFs are added or updated. For more information or details on how you can contribute to this series, please contact the SOFHT Office on 01827 872500.

Just a quick note to remind you that when you are using your membership number to do any of the following; log into the member’s area of the Society’s website, pay for your membership or pay for an event you need to omit the zeros from your membership number for it to be accepted.

Example: A-001234 would be typed in as A-1234
