Soil Association supports SOFHTe Certification Scheme

We have been approached by the Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) regarding their new electronic hygiene certification system. This a system aimed at small and medium-sized food operations who find the full requirements of schemes like BRC onerous, but wish to develop their hygiene systems and demonstrate that they reach the highest standards.

While we have no direct link or involvement with this certification process, we do believe that it can offer significant benefits to some licensees and we are pleased to provide a link to the SOFHT website: http://ecertification.sofht.co.uk
