The purpose of this presentation is to review the ongoing COVID-19 Management in a food Service or Manufacturing setting. With a review of both Personnel and Facilities Hygiene Management and ongoing Personal Protective Equipment Usage.
Objectives
Personal and Facility Hygiene Management
- Hygiene Management including Cleaning regimes, change in chemical usage equipment type, time available and training
- Ongoing monitoring and verification
Personal Protective Equipment
- Good working practices for food safety and worker protection
- Cross contamination before, during and after wearing gloves
- Legislation, certification and supply chain compliance for gloves and chemical suits
- Glove polymer composition and breakdown / migration of glove onto foodstuffs
