This course aims to help businesses develop a due diligence system to protect their customers from meat species cross contamination from suppliers and within the factory. The course will cover meat sourcing and traceability, intake testing methods and frequency, prevention of cross contamination within the factory and methods of validation and verification along with documentation requirements.
